Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Client Service Manager to join our Commercial team. You will work with clients and colleagues to provide exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions, building strong relationships and delivering value in every interaction.

You will lead renewals, mentor teammates, and ensure compliance while supporting growth and client satisfaction across Gallagher’s network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3+ years Client service and/or claims management experience.
• OR High School degree/GED with a minimum 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• A Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• A desire to build relationships and deliver results.
• Adaptability and resilience in managing shifting priorities.
• A collaborative mindset to work with teams across Gallagher.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewals and gather client information to deliver tailored solutions.
• Identify gaps in coverage, review claims, and drive sales of additional services.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and carrier partners with timely responses.
• Assist team with client risk management through consultative conversations and strategies.
• Mentor team members through task delegation and feedback.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure regulatory compliance and high service standards.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in Gallagher systems.
• Leverage Gallagher technology to boost productivity and deliver quality results.
• Manage multiple priorities to meet client expectations.
