Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Client Service Manager to join our Commercial team. You’ll work closely with clients and colleagues to deliver exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions, building strong relationships and ensuring every interaction adds value.

You’ll manage renewals, identify gaps in coverage, mentor teammates, and help maintain regulatory compliance while using Gallagher’s systems to deliver timely results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• OR High School degree/GED with a minimum 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Desire to build relationships and deliver results.
• Adaptability and resilience in managing shifting priorities.
• Collaborative mindset to work with teams across Gallagher.

Responsibilities

• Manage the renewal process by gathering client information, analyzing needs, and delivering timely, tailored solutions.
• Identify gaps in coverage, review claims, secure existing business, and drive the sale of additional services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier partners through timely responses and high-quality service.
• Support client risk management needs through consultative conversations and personalized strategies.
• Mentor team members by delegating tasks and providing constructive feedback to promote growth.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high service standards.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data using Gallagher’s systems.
• Leverage Gallagher’s technology to enhance productivity and deliver quality results.
• Manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines and client expectations.
