Job summary

Gallagher in Miami is looking for a Client Service Manager to join our Commercial team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service, solve challenges, and ensure every interaction both internally and externally adds value. You’ll be managing renewals, mentoring team members, and ensuring compliance with client needs.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience or a High School degree with 8+ years of experience. A Property and Casualty Insurance License is a must. Gallagher offers a competitive comprehensive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of client service and/or claims management experience.
• Or minimum 8+ years experience with High School degree/GED.
• A Property and Casualty Insurance License is required.
