Job summary

Gallagher in Glen Allen, VA is seeking a Senior Client Service Manager to lead delivery of exceptional service and insurance solutions for commercial clients. You will partner with senior leaders, clients, and colleagues to strengthen relationships, address complex renewals, and drive value.

You will mentor teammates, oversee data accuracy in Gallagher's systems, and leverage our digital tools to enhance productivity while supporting growth opportunities for your accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of client service and/or claims management experience.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Desire to build relationships and deliver results.
• Adaptability and resilience in managing shifting priorities.
• Collaborative mindset to work with Gallagher teams.
• Desired: 1+ year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead renewal processes and strategy for complex accounts, overseeing client information and needs analysis.
• Identify gaps in coverage, review claims, secure existing business, and drive cross-sell.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with carriers through timely responses.
• Provide strategic guidance to the team in addressing client risk management needs.
• Mentor team members with feedback and professional development.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee accuracy and management of client and policy data in Gallagher's systems.
• Use Gallagher technology to enhance productivity and deliver quality results.
• Manage multiple priorities to meet client expectations.
