Job summary

Gallagher seeks a Client Service Manager to join our Commercial team. You will work with clients and colleagues to provide exceptional service and develop tailored insurance solutions. The role focuses on renewals, risk management, and building trust across internal and external stakeholders.

You will mentor teammates, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate client data while using Gallagher's technology to boost productivity and deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims experience or 8+ years with a high school diploma/GED.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong relationship-building skills.
• Adaptability and resilience; collaborative mindset to work with Gallagher teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewal processes by gathering client information and delivering tailored solutions.
• Identify coverage gaps, review claims, secure existing business and drive cross-sell.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier partners.
• Support team on client risk management through consultative conversations and strategies.
• Mentor team members with feedback and professional growth.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure regulatory compliance and high service standards.
