Publicis Groupe’s Epsilon unit seeks a Professional, Client Success who will act as a key contributor, supporting client and agency relationships and driving strategic adoption of identity-driven digital media solutions. You’ll collaborate with Epsilon Sales, Publicis agency partners, and cross-functional teams to translate client objectives into high-performing media outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, media, analytics, or client success.
• Experience in developing, nurturing and managing client relationships.
• Proven track record of driving and maintaining revenue growth with clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
