Job summary

Epsilon leads with a client-first approach, appointing a Lead, Client Success who owns client and agency relationships and drives adoption of identity-driven media solutions. You’ll partner with Sales, Publicis partners, and cross-functional teams to turn objectives into measurable media outcomes.

You’ll synthesize performance insights, support QBRs, and link results to future investment plans, delivering data-driven proposals that scale client growth and ensure delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 8+ years in digital marketing, media, analytics, or client success.
• Experience developing, nurturing and managing client relationships and driving revenue growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities
