Epsilon in Chicago seeks a Professional, Client Success to drive strategic adoption of our identity-based media solutions. You will bridge strategy, pitching, and hands-on execution while collaborating with Sales and agency partners to grow client programs.

You will translate data insights into action, support quarterly business reviews, and help plan future investments to maximize client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 4 to 5 years of digital marketing, media, analytics, or client success experience.
• Experience in developing, nurturing and managing client relationships.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth with clients.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Client Leadership/Sales to support optimization and growth initiatives.
• Synthesize performance insights and assist in QBRs and strategic readouts.
• Connect campaign results to business goals and future investments.
• Develop data-driven media proposals leveraging identity products.
• Ensure delivery excellence and operational health across client programs.
