Job summary

Epsilon, a globally recognized leader in data and identity within Publicis Groupe, seeks a Professional, Client Success to drive client relationships and the strategic adoption of identity-driven digital media solutions.

You will collaborate with Sales, agency partners, and cross-functional teams to translate client objectives into high-performing media outcomes and to support optimization, upsell, and data-driven campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• 4–5 years of experience in digital marketing, media, analytics, or client success.
• Experience in developing, nurturing and managing client relationships.
• Proven track record of driving and maintaining revenue growth with clients.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working with performance data to monitor campaign health and identify trends.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Client Leadership/Sales Team to support optimization, upsell, and digital media growth initiatives.
• Synthesize performance insights and assist in the preparation of QBRs and strategic readouts.
• Connect campaign results to broader business goals and future investment planning.
• Support the development of data-driven media proposals and campaigns leveraging identity products.
• Contribute to Epsilon's growth by ensuring consistent delivery excellence and operational health.
