Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a results-driven Client Success professional to manage a portfolio of clients from post-implementation through offboarding. You will drive satisfaction, retention, and product adoption by partnering with Sales to identify expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities include onboarding new accounts, defining success metrics, and leading cross-functional collaboration to deliver value and resolve complex issues.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 2–5 years in a consultative, multi-client account management role within SaaS or HCM.
• Experience with CRM systems and MS Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive satisfaction and adoption.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of clients, driving satisfaction, retention, and product adoption.
• Onboard new accounts, set success frameworks, and drive value realization.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Conduct regular business reviews, monitor KPIs, and report trends.
