Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions seeks a Client Success professional to manage a portfolio of onboarding and ongoing clients, driving satisfaction, retention, and product adoption.

You will oversee the full client lifecycle, coordinate with sales and product teams, and monitor health metrics to proactively mitigate risks and demonstrate value. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or 2–5 years in a consultative multi-client account management role within HCM or SaaS
• UKG Ready experience is required
• Proficient in MS Office applications and able to learn other tools as needed

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients and drive satisfaction, retention, and product adoption.
• Oversee client lifecycle from post-implementation onboarding through offboarding.
• Define metrics and proof points for client engagements through Business Reviews.
• Onboard new accounts and users, articulate value, and drive adoption.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value and resolve issues.
• Serve as an escalation point to maintain high client satisfaction.
• Monitor client health via KPIs and perform regular check-ins and risk management.
• Identify upsell opportunities in partnership with Sales.
