Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions seeks a Customer Success Manager to build long-term relationships with enterprise customers using the PrismHR platform. You will drive adoption, provide guidance, and ensure success through implementation and renewals.

The role requires strong executive-level communication, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive approach to identify expansion opportunities and protect revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in training/experience.
• 5–10 years of customer care at senior executive level.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems related to payroll, benefits, HR.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for enterprise customers through implementation and renewals.
• Advocate for customers with internal partners to drive customer-centric solutions.
• Coordinate cross-departmentally with Sales, Support, Professional Services, and Product Delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships to understand the customer's goals and challenges.
• Define metrics and monitor progress for customer success.
• Prepare and run regular customer meetings and strategic reviews.
• Drive product adoption and establish best practices.
• Ensure revenue retention and identify follow-on sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer health data and reporting to senior management.
