Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a results-driven Client Success professional to manage a portfolio of clients, drive retention, and promote product adoption. You will oversee onboarding, ongoing success reviews, and collaborate with Sales to identify expansion opportunities.

The role emphasizes monitoring client health, providing framework-driven customer engagement, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver value. Some travel may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 2–5 years in a multi-client account management role within HCM disciplines or SaaS.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; ability to learn new applications.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of clients and drive satisfaction, retention, and product adoption.
• Lead onboarding post-implementation and ongoing success reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify expansion and upsell opportunities.
• Monitor client health using KPIs and conduct regular business reviews.
• Escalate issues and coordinate with internal teams to deliver value.
