Storable seeks a Senior Client Success Manager to drive value for a portfolio of storage clients. You will partner with clients to realize outcomes, promote adoption, and secure renewals while coordinating with Implementation and product teams.

You will own onboarding plans, configure accounts, manage escalations, and lead workshops. A strong emphasis on relationships and cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in client success or account management.
• Experience in storage or SaaS industries is preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with key clients to drive product adoption, renewals, and satisfaction.
• Consult with clients on onboarding plans tailored to each account.
• Set up and configure client accounts with precision with Implementation.
• Strategize with clients to align product usage with business goals.
• Use CRM to track interactions and progress and report client health.
• Identify at-risk accounts and communicate needed actions to prevent churn.
• Lead discovery workshops and coordinate cross-functional efforts as needed.
• Travel to client sites or company locations as required.
• Participate in virtual or in-person trainings, presentations, and meetings.
