Zusammenfassung

Vensure Employer Solutions seeks an Associate Vice President of Client Implementation to drive the strategy and execution of onboarding and integration for client solutions. You will lead end-to-end implementations, ensure quality and efficiency, and partner with senior leadership to align with organizational goals.

You will mentor the implementation team, manage complex projects, and collaborate with regional sales to allocate resources, while occasionally traveling for onsite client meetings

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree or 5–7 years related experience preferred or equivalent.
• 4+ years of management/supervisory experience required.
• HRIS/CRM/Systems experience preferred.
• Experience with PrismHR or similar platforms preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic data analysis.
• MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn other applications.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and hands-on manage client implementations to ensure seamless delivery.
• Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the Client Implementation team.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Leaders to forecast deal flow and allocate resources.
• Act as escalation point for client issues and manage internal troubleshooting.
• Assign new clients within regions and ensure onboarding quality and timelines.
• Lead on boarding and training initiatives and coach the team.
• Present status updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, resources.
• Travel as needed for onsite meetings and events.
