Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Facility Solutions Manager to serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of commercial clients in the United States. The role focuses on client retention, service expansion, contractor management, and delivering exceptional service delivery.

The FSM will own the complete OS sales cycle, manage vendor performance, and coordinate staffing and inspections to ensure quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• OSHA 10-Hour training provided after ramp period.
• 3+ years of success in client retention or service roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client retention and service expansion by negotiating agreements and ensuring satisfaction.
• Own the complete OS sales cycle and client relationships from prospecting to onboarding.
• Manage contractor/vendor performance and enforce service standards.
• Supervise staff and coordinate staffing to meet client needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate payments and invoicing.
• Adhere to EOS standards and company values, with fast internal and client responses.
