Job summary

Paycom Online is seeking a CRR EM to maintain and expand relationships with existing small to medium market clients. You will provide strategic recommendations, analyze client needs, and drive usage, retention, and revenue growth across the Paycom portfolio.

Responsibilities include engaging with executive stakeholders, delivering compelling business cases, and partnering with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions and outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Strategic sales experience with proven results.
• Ability to identify and close revenue opportunities in existing accounts.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic recommendations to maximize usage and value of the current portfolio.
• Continuously clarify and validate client needs on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions and exceptional service.
• Prepare business cases with pain points and cost justifications for additional solutions.
• Maintain C-level relationships and drive retention, revenue and growth.
