Job summary

Paycom in Oklahoma City seeks a Senior Client Relationship Manager (CRR EM) to retain existing client relationships and maximize adoption of Paycom solutions. You will provide strategic recommendations, analyze needs, and develop compelling business cases to expand revenue and usage.

You will partner with EMAR/TSR/CRR to ensure smooth transitions, lead implementations, and drive revenue growth while maintaining high client satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strategic sales and closing experience in a consultative role.
• Proven ability to influence and persuade at executive levels.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments and handling high-pressure situations.
• Strong time-management and scheduling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Retain existing client relationships through usage, retention and revenue growth.
• Provide strategic recommendations to streamline processes and expand Paycom solutions.
• Analyze client needs and develop compelling business cases.
• Engage with EMAR/TSR/CRR for smooth transitions and ongoing service.
• Lead implementations, manage deadlines and ensure successful starts.
• Drive revenue, retention, and client satisfaction while maintaining loyalty.
• Prepare strategic agendas, review usage, and identify opportunities for value.
