Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Strategic Account Manager (internally the Client Relations Representative) to retain and grow revenue within existing client relationships across the United States. You will manage C‑level relationships, articulate the value of Paycom solutions, and identify opportunities to expand usage and profitability.

The role includes close collaboration with Outside Sales and Transition teams, a base salary with uncapped commissions, travel up to 75%, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Strategic sales experience with a track record of exceeding goals.
• Experience with enterprise accounts and C-level relationships.
• Ability to influence and persuade others.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Retain existing client relationships and expand revenue.
• Achieve sales quotas through retention and account expansion.
• Conduct regular business reviews and present performance metrics.
• Travel up to 75% and participate in trainings.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales and Transition teams to ensure smooth ownership transfer.
