Gartner is seeking a Client Success Associate to onboard clients and demonstrate the value of Gartner services. You will develop and manage relationships across varied client teams, surface priorities, and recommend actions to drive ROI on Gartner subscriptions.

You will collaborate with internal partners to overcome obstacles and sustain high client engagement, with regular reviews of client performance and engagement metrics.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of relevant professional or internship experience.
• Proven track record of delighting clients and driving value.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
