Gartner is seeking a Client Success Associate to onboard clients and ensure they realize value from Gartner subscriptions. You will surface client priorities, align Gartner resources, and connect clients with Gartner experts to drive outcomes.

You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver services, track metrics, and foster engagement, retention, and growth across accounts. A passion for client delight and strong communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ months relevant professional and/or internship experience.
• Proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Aufgaben

• Partner with clients ranging from senior C-levels to junior professionals to ensure they are successful in using their Gartner subscription.
• Deliver value to decision makers and drive Gartner growth by introducing Gartner services and capabilities to prospective & new clients, account management or connecting clients with the Gartner expert community.
• Identify client priorities and align Gartner resources to provide best-in-class service maximizing ROI on Gartner membership.
• Collaborate with internal Gartner stakeholders to drive service delivery and share best practices.
• Leverage insights & metrics to drive continuous client engagement, satisfaction, retention and growth.
