Job summary

Gartner, Inc. is seeking a Client Success professional to build and manage relationships with a diverse set of clients across IT, HR, and other practices. You will introduce Gartner services, communicate value to decision makers, and drive high-value actions for client retention and growth.

You will collaborate with Gartner partners, surface client priorities, and conduct regular reviews of the book of business to measure performance and engagement.

Qualifications

• 6+ months relevant professional and/or internship experience.
• Proven track record of delighting clients and driving satisfaction.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop and manage relationships with a variety of clients across IT, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Sales.
• Introduce Gartner services and capabilities to new clients and communicate value to decision makers.
• Facilitate client calls and engagements to surface client priorities and recommend a program of action.
• Collaborate with internal Gartner partners to overcome obstacles and maximize value for clients.
• Conduct regular reviews of client book of business focusing on performance and engagement metrics.
