Job summary

Gartner is seeking a Client Success professional to onboard clients, prove the value of Gartner services, and stimulate engagement across large client teams. You will partner with technology and business leaders to translate priorities into actionable plans and build relationships across stakeholders.

You will coordinate with Gartner products and experts to deliver a seamless client experience, identify risks, and craft action plans to maximize business impact in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of client-facing experience in customer success, consulting, account management, strategy, or related fields.
• Experience working with enterprise or Fortune 1000 organizations.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA or equivalent business leadership experience strongly preferred.
