Gallagher is seeking a Client Service Manager to join our Commercial team. You will work with clients and colleagues to provide exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions, building relationships and delivering value.

You will support renewals, identify coverage gaps, and mentor team members while maintaining data integrity and compliance. This role emphasizes collaboration, integrity, and a client-first approach with a global reach and local impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience, or a High School degree/GED with a minimum 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Desire to build relationships and deliver results.
• Adaptability and resilience in managing shifting priorities.
• A collaborative mindset to work with teams across Gallagher.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewal processes by gathering client information, analyzing needs, and delivering timely, tailored solutions.
• Identify gaps in coverage, review claims, secure existing business, and sell additional services and lines.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and carriers through timely responses and strong service.
• Help the team address client risk management needs via consultative conversations and strategies.
• Mentor team members, delegating tasks and providing constructive feedback for growth.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure regulatory compliance and high service standards.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data using Gallagher systems.
• Leverage Gallagher technology to enhance productivity and deliver quality results.
• Manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines and client expectations.
