Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Senior Client Service Manager to lead client success on our Commercial team. You’ll drive complex renewals, build trusted relationships, and mentor others to deliver value to clients.

This role requires 5+ years in client service or claims management, a Property and Casualty license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You’ll collaborate across Gallagher to shape strategy and ensure top-tier service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of client service or claims management experience.
• High School diploma with 10+ years of client service or claims management experience acceptable alternative.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead the renewal process and strategy for complex accounts.
• Identify gaps in coverage, review claims, and drive additional services.
• Build and maintain strong client and carrier relationships.
• Provide strategic guidance to the team on risk management.
• Mentor team members and foster professional development.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee accuracy of client and policy data in Gallagher’s systems.
• Leverage Gallagher’s technology to boost productivity and deliver high-quality results.
• Manage multiple priorities to meet client expectations.
