Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Senior Client Service Manager to join our Commercial team. You’ll lead renewal efforts for complex accounts, build strong client relationships, and guide a team to deliver tailored insurance solutions.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, risk management, and mentorship across the team. A P&C license and 5+ years of client service or claims experience are required, with a preference for supervisory exposure. This is a senior role with local impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years in client service or claims management, or 10+ years with high school.
• Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Desire to build relationships and deliver results.
• 1+ year supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead renewal process and strategy for complex accounts, coordinating client info and needs analyses.
• Identify coverage gaps, review claims, secure existing business, and drive cross-sell of services.
• Build and maintain strong client and carrier relationships with timely responses and service excellence.
• Provide strategic guidance to the team through consultative risk management discussions.
• Mentor team members, delegate tasks, give constructive feedback, and support professional development.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure regulatory compliance and high service standards.
• Oversee accuracy and management of client data and policy records in Gallagher systems.
• Leverage Gallagher technology to boost productivity and deliver quality results.
• Manage multiple priorities to meet client expectations and deadlines.
