Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Senior Client Service Associate to join our Commercial team. You’ll help clients solve challenges and deliver tailored insurance solutions, working closely with colleagues to ensure every client interaction is meaningful and impactful.

This role supports renewals and new business, processes certificates of insurance, and keeps client and policy data up to date in Gallagher’s systems. You’ll collaborate across teams to improve processes, build strong client relationships,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Desire to build relationships and deliver results.
• Adaptability in shifting priorities.
• Collaborative mindset across teams.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to renewal process by delivering timely and high-quality solutions to support client retention and satisfaction.
• Support New Business activity via handling of new business applications, compiling client information, and preparing high quality and accurate proposals for potential clients.
• Process certificates of insurance and ensure all client and policy data is up-to-date in Gallagher’s systems.
• Work with Client Service and Production teams to improve processes, meet goals, and maintain high productivity standards.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations and service standards.
• Use Gallagher’s technology to enhance productivity and deliver quality results.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
• Build strong relationships with clients and their representatives, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
