Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ years client service and/or claims experience or High School/GED with 3+ years client service/claims experience.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Desire to build relationships and deliver results.
• Adaptability and resilience with shifting priorities.
• Collaborative mindset to work across Gallagher.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationship management and ensure client needs are met.
• Guide renewal processes and mentor team members to deliver high‑quality solutions.
