Job summary

Affirm is seeking an experienced Client Success professional to manage a portfolio of merchant accounts, renew contracts, and drive revenue growth through proactive strategy and collaboration with analytics, product, and marketing teams.

The role emphasizes cross-functional coordination, analytical insights, and a strong focus on customer value, with a remote-first culture and flexible in-person onboarding in key offices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B client-facing experience or equivalent.
• Experience negotiating and closing commercial contracts (RFPs, renewals).
• Excellent customer relationship management skills with strategic accounts.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with high attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication, proposals, memos, and emails.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of merchant accounts to build long-term partnerships.
• Handle contract renewals, pricing updates, and expansions.
• Deliver proactive client management to drive GMV and revenue growth.
• Analyze merchant performance and recommend programs to increase product adoption.
• Manage merchant relationship health to maximize value for both parties.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Analytics, Credit, Tech, Marketing, Product) to improve offerings.
