Job summary

Affirm’s Client Success team partners with merchants to maximize value and sustain long-term relationships. As a Client Success Manager, you’ll manage renewals, pricing updates, and expansions while coordinating with Analytics, Product, Marketing, Credit, and Technical teams to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B client-facing experience.
• Experience negotiating commercial contracts (RFPs, renewals).
• Excellent customer relationship management skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical abilities to review merchant performance.
• Knowledge of consumer finance offerings and e-commerce is preferred.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of accounts across industries to foster long-term partnerships.
• Responsible for renewals, updating pricing, and expansions.
• Deliver a proactive client management strategy to drive GMV and revenue.
• Analyze merchant performance and recommend programs to increase adoption.
• Manage merchant relationship health to maximize value for both parties.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to improve the Affirm offering.
