Job summary

Affirm is looking for a Client Success Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of merchant accounts, focusing on renewals, pricing updates, and expansions while driving mutual growth.

You will analyze merchant performance to optimize product adoption and coordinate with Analytics, Product, Marketing, Credit, and Tech to enhance our offering. This remote-friendly role supports teams across the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B client-facing experience including post-sale management.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close commercial contracts (e.g., RFPs, renewals).
• Strong relationship management with key merchants.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for proposals and updates.
• Solid analytical skills to review merchant performance and program impact.
• Knowledge of consumer finance offerings, integrated software, and e-commerce.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of merchant accounts to build long-term strategic relationships.
• Handle contract renewals, pricing updates, and expansions.
• Deliver proactive client management to grow GMV and revenue.
• Analyze merchant performance and recommend programs to boost adoption.
• Maintain merchant relationship health to maximize value for both sides.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to improve Affirm's offerings.
