CirrusMD is seeking a Client Success Executive to nurture strategic client relationships and maximize value from our platform. You will own retention, growth, and utilization across a book of business, coordinating with Sales, Product, and Marketing to drive outcomes.

The role requires 5–7+ years in healthcare client success or related areas, with executive relationship experience and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
• 5–7+ years of healthcare industry experience in client success, account management, or related area.
• Proven experience driving client outcomes and revenue growth with executive-level relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals and manage clients independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and client partners to maximize value from CirrusMD platform.
• Manage day-to-day client communications and relationships with executives across assigned accounts.
• Lead onboarding, implementation, and adoption to hit go-live timelines and drive platform adoption.
• Create and deliver business reviews and ROI reporting to demonstrate measurable outcomes.
