Job summary

TikTok seeks an experienced Account Manager to collaborate with the Sales Team, optimizing opportunities and delivering best-in-class service to clients. You will use data to build consultative solutions, strengthen relationships, and drive advertiser satisfaction.

Responsibilities include growing client investments, staying current on TikTok features, and coordinating with Tech Account Managers to analyze campaigns and improve performance across time zones and markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in account management or client services in digital marketing.
• Experience with brand or performance advertisers, and executing custom branded campaigns.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in campaign management and setup; ability to analyze data and identify insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow client relationships with advertisers in collaboration with the Sales Team.
• Build trusted relationships with clients through world-class service and proactive recommendations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TikTok features and trends; educate clients on ad solutions and best practices.
• Work closely with Technical Account Managers to organize, monitor and analyze campaign performance.
• Make proactive, data-driven recommendations to optimize advertising offerings and strategies to meet targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ad Ops, Product, R&D) to ensure successful campaign executions and issue resolution.
• Collect marketplace feedback to guide advertising strategy and offerings.
• Lead custom content campaigns and sponsor programs with other departments to ensure timely delivery.
