TikTok is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to partner with our Amazon team, drive revenue, and deliver data‑driven marketing solutions. You will work with cross‑functional groups, manage plans from presales to execution, and provide expert client service to advertisers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in account management or media services in digital marketing or ad tech.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across multiple teams and geographies.
• Strong project management with fast-paced environment experience.
• Track record of supporting revenue goals.
• Ability to analyze data from Ads Manager and Brand Lift studies.
• Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product/engineering.
• Experience in an auction environment is a plus.
• Data-driven mindset and ability to educate partners on product features.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Brand Partnerships Managers and Team Lead to manage advertiser relationships.
• Lead development and implementation of plans, measurement solutions, and reporting.
• Manage inventory booking, presale pipeline, CRM reporting, and opportunity accuracy.
• Recommend optimization strategies and monitor execution to exceed KPIs.
• Identify insights from data to accelerate client business and drive revenue growth via upsell.
• Build trusted relationships as an external product consultant educating partners on TikTok features.
• Proactively troubleshoot and escalate issues using proper channels.
