Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Client Solutions Manager (CSM) to partner with the sales team, translate data into actionable insights, and drive revenue across a portfolio of client accounts. The role focuses on consultative solutioning, product-led conversations, and measuring outcomes with SKAN and MMPs.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in campaign management with a focus on mobile app performance advertising.
Hands-on experience with MAI, AEO, VO and app campaign strategies.
Experience with mobile measurement platforms (AppsFlyer/Adjust) and SKAdNetwork (SKAN).
Experience in client-facing roles within digital marketing or ad tech, with exposure to auction-based ad networks and performance advertising.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow post-sale client relationships and revenue with ownership over account health and spend trajectory.
Become a deep expert in TikTok's performance solutions and provide insight-driven recommendations.
Drive revenue growth through upsell conversations and new product adoption.
Lead client-facing pitches and business reviews with data-backed recommendations.
