Qualifications

• 5+ years in client services or campaign management with hands-on media management.
• Strong understanding of digital media KPIs and optimization across branding and performance objectives.
• Analytical skills to translate campaign data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to build trusted relationships and connect advertising performance to broader client growth and business outcomes.
• Experience managing complex campaign portfolios and multiple client priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic solutions partner to key advertisers and agencies, translating business and marketing objectives into effective advertising strategies.
• Drive hands-on campaign optimization across media planning, targeting, bidding, creative, and budget allocation to improve performance and scale investment.
• Analyze campaign and account performance, translating data into actionable recommendations, reporting, and compelling business narratives.
• Drive product adoption and Test & Learn initiatives across TikTok’s advertising, measurement, and commerce solutions to demonstrate business impact.
• Lead business reviews, workshops, and client education to strengthen adoption of TikTok solutions and best practices.
• Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to solve client challenges, identify growth opportunities, and drive incremental revenue.
