Job summary

You will nurture accounts with high-touch service, education on TikTok solutions, and cross-functional collaboration to align product knowledge with market insights.

You will drive campaign strategy, measurement adoption, and optimization, building test & learn frameworks to demonstrate full-funnel business

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client services, account management, or campaign management in digital performance marketing, with hands-on expertise in ads platforms.
• Solid understanding of digital media KPIs and how to optimize against them across awareness, consideration, and performance objectives.
• Proven experience managing complex campaign portfolios across branding and performance advertisers, including multi-market coordination.
• Proficiency in campaign analytics and reporting tools (Excel, Thinkcell, dashboards), with the ability to extract actionable insights from platform data.
• Detail-oriented, analytical and a creative problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Formulate industry strategy and identify growth opportunities to deliver vertical-specific solutions.
• Act as a Consultant to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Operate as solutions partner for clients and agencies, covering product adoption, campaign strategy, and optimization.
