Job summary

TikTok seeks a seasoned client solutions professional to build and maintain strategic advertiser partnerships, serving as a trusted advisor and the primary day-to-day contact for client communications. You will translate client goals into compelling media strategies and ensure alignment with TikTok's solutions.

Responsibilities include crafting full-funnel media approaches, educating clients on updates and best practices, analyzing performance data, and coordinating with Product and Engineering

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in client solutions, account management, digital advertising, AdTech, or related field.
• Proficiency with data tools such as Excel and Data Studio.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Preferred: experience with performance-driven advertising and/or auction-based ad platforms.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with clients as trusted advisor and day-to-day contact.
• Develop and execute media strategies tailored to client goals.
• Leverage product expertise to activate full-funnel strategies aligned to client objectives.
• Educate clients on TikTok products, platform updates, and best practices to drive campaign success.
• Analyze campaign data to identify optimizations and upsell opportunities with actionable insights.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver long-term account plans and strategic client initiatives.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot client issues alongside cross-functional teams such as Product and Engineering.
