Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to join our Global Agency & Accounts and Amazon team to deliver consultative solutions and drive revenue across the Amazon portfolio. You will partner with sales, work with cross-functional teams, and focus on best-in-class client service.

You will negotiate, manage, and optimize complex opportunities spanning the full marketing funnel, using data to build tailored solutions and educate advertisers on new TikTok features to scale knowledge and revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in account management or media services roles within digital marketing or ad tech.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across multiple teams and geographies.
• Strong project management and ability to manage fast-paced programs and status meetings.
• Track record of supporting revenue goals.
• Ability to analyze data from Ads Manager and Brand Lift Studies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Brand Partnerships Managers and Team Lead to grow advertiser relationships.
• Spearhead development and implementation of plans, measurement solutions, and reporting.
• Manage inventory booking, presale pipeline, reporting, and CRM accuracy.
• Recommend optimization strategies to exceed KPIs and drive learning agendas.
• Identify insights from product usage and data to accelerate client business and upsell.
• Educate partners on new TikTok features and best practices.
