TikTok is hiring a Client Solutions Manager to partner with the sales team, negotiate and optimize complex opportunities, and deliver data-driven, consultative solutions to clients of all sizes.

This role focuses on revenue growth, product adoption, and translating analytics into actionable recommendations while collaborating with product, measurement, and engineering teams to drive account performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in campaign management with mobile app performance focus.
• Hands-on with MAI, AEO, VO campaigns.
• Experience with MMPs like AppsFlyer or Adjust; SKAdNetwork knowledge.
• Client-facing in digital marketing/ad tech; includes auction-based networks.
• Strong ability to translate data into client-facing insights and actions.
• Experience solving measurement/attribution issues with product/engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow post-sale client relationships and revenue with ownership of account health and spend trajectory.
• Become a deep expert in TikTok's performance solutions and provide insight-driven recommendations.
• Drive revenue growth through consultative upsell and new product adoption.
• Lead client-facing pitches and business reviews with data-backed recommendations.
• Own product-led conversations translating TikTok capabilities into business outcomes.
• Set the measurement agenda for accounts and drive test-and-learn frameworks.
• Identify and implement optimization opportunities to improve campaign performance and scale revenue.
• Demonstrate expertise across your book of business including escalation and cross-functional collaboration.
• Set measurement agenda for accounts with setup guidance and results delivery.
