TikTok is seeking a Client Solutions Vertical Manager in New York to lead strategy, own revenue targets, and ensure flawless campaign execution. You will manage the Client Solutions Managers and collaborate with Sales and Product teams to scale client partnerships.

Responsibilities include coaching teams, educating clients on alpha/beta solutions, and translating data into actionable strategies that demonstrate ROI and impact for major brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital advertising, ad sales, or brand/performance marketing.
• Experience managing client solutions teams, with proven success in talent development and scaling teams.

Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert and articulate TikTok's value to clients.
• Train and empower the team to educate clients on product solutions and best practices.
• Partner with Vertical Leadership to identify priorities, growth opportunities, and efficiencies.
• Lead data-driven campaign analysis and develop playbooks for client success.
• Coach Client Solutions teams on consultative selling at scale with accountability.
• Maintain up-to-date expertise on TikTok features, KPIs, and ROI attribution.
• Collaborate with Product to surface advertiser needs for roadmap opportunities.
