You will work with cross-functional teams including Sales Ops, Product, Measurement, and Creative Solutions to build data-driven, consultative solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in account management or media services in digital marketing or ad tech.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams, geographies.
• Strong project management in a fast-paced environment with status updates.
• Track record of supporting revenue goals.
• Ability to analyze data from Ads Manager and Brand Lift Studies.
• Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Brand Partnerships Managers and Team Lead to manage and grow advertiser relationships.
• Lead development and implementation of plans, measurement solutions, and reporting for campaigns and sponsorships.
• Manage inventory booking and presale pipeline, reporting, and CRM accuracy.
• Recommend optimization strategies and monitor implementation to exceed KPIs.
• Identify insights from data to accelerate client business and drive incremental revenue via upsell.
• Educate partners on new TikTok features and best practices to scale knowledge.
• Proactively troubleshoot and escalate as needed.
