Job summary

TikTok is seeking a seasoned Industry Operations professional in Los Angeles to drive industry strategy and high‑touch client service. You will partner with clients and agencies to link marketing objectives to business outcomes through product adoption, campaigns, and optimization.

You will stay ahead of product developments and market trends, build Test & Learn frameworks, and lead workshops to upskill cross‑functional partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client services, account management, or campaign management in digital performance marketing.
• Solid understanding of digital media KPIs across awareness, consideration and performance.
• Proven experience managing complex campaign portfolios across branding and performance advertisers.
• Proficiency in campaign analytics and reporting tools to extract actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Consultant to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Operate as solutions partner for clients and agencies, covering product adoption, campaign strategy, and optimization.
• Stay current on product developments, market trends, vertical movements, and competitor activity.
• Build Test & Learn frameworks to demonstrate full‑funnel business impact.
• Drive adoption of Pixels, SDKs, MMPs, and TikTok Shop integrations.
• Develop narratives, workshops, and business reviews to upskill clients and partners.
• Clearly articulate TikTok value within the client’s media mix.
