Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to partner with the sales team across the Amazon portfolio, delivering consultative support and revenue-driven solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams—Sales Ops, Product, Measurement, and Creative Solutions—to negotiate, manage, and optimize opportunities along the full marketing funnel, using data to build insights and educate advertisers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in account management or media services in digital marketing or ad tech.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across multiple businesses, teams, and geographies.
• Strong project management; comfortable running meetings and tracking action items.
• Proven track record of supporting revenue goals.
• Ability to analyze data from Ads Manager and Brand Lift Studies.
• Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product/eng teams.
• Experience in an auction environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Brand Partnerships Managers to manage and grow advertiser relationships.
• Lead development and implementation of plans, measurement solutions, and reporting across campaigns and sponsorships.
• Manage inventory booking, presale pipeline, CRM reporting and accuracy.
• Recommend optimization strategies and monitor execution to exceed KPIs.
• Identify insights on product usage and data to drive upsell opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships as an external product consultant educating partners on new TikTok features and best practices.
• Demonstrate proactive troubleshooting and proper escalation channels.
