Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Client Manager in Virginia for Suffolk area to maintain client relationships and drive renewal, retention, and growth. You will work with production staff to ensure safe, efficient service and manage SLAs and financials while serving as the primary client contact.

The role requires 3–5 years in operations or customer relations, a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), and willingness to travel to office and client sites, including after-hours events.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, customer service, or related field.
• Strong communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Willingness to travel to office and client locations; after-hours events may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with clients and serve as primary contact.
• Ensure delivery of services safely, efficiently, and with quality.
• Monitor SLAs, quality levels, and financials within accounts.
• Conduct regular business reviews and document expectations and performance.
• Identify and present opportunities for new business and enhancements.
• Coordinate with production and sales teams to meet branch goals.
• Assist in transitioning clients from sales to operations.
