Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC seeks a Client Manager to develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring renewals, retention, and profitability. You will work with production teams to deliver safe, high-quality service and own accounts from the Sales handoff to Operations.

The role requires 3–5 years in operations or customer relations, travel between office and client sites, and strong communication and negotiation skills. This position reports to the Branch Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, customer service, or related field.
• Ability to travel to and from office and client locations, including after-hours events.

Responsibilities

• Maintains relationships with client organizations and ensures service levels meet expectations.
• Develops account-specific visions, strategies and solutions; monitor profitability and growth.
• Escalates client concerns and resolves issues with customer service.
• Conducts regular business reviews with clients and evaluates performance.
• Identifies opportunities for new business and enhancements.
• Monitors implementation of approved work orders across irrigation, mulch, turf care, etc.
• Supports branch sales goals via referrals and portfolio opportunities.
• Manages client transition from Sales to Operations.
• Ensures clear communication plans and daily coordination with production teams.
• Provides client feedback to Operations for improvements.
• Coordinates with Project Management on client requests and site procedures.
