Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Client Manager to develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring renewal, retention and profitability. You will work with production staff to deliver projects safely and to quality standards, and you will own the client relationship as the primary contact.

Reports to the Branch Manager. Responsibilities include coordinating with management to review SLAs, monitor profitability, identify growth opportunities, and ensure timely billing and smooth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor preferred.
• 3–5 years in operations, customer service, or related field.
• Willingness to travel to company offices and client sites.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with client organizations and ensure service expectations are met.
• Develop account strategies, monitor profitability and drive retention and growth.
• Act as primary escalation point for client concerns with customer service.
• Conduct business reviews and track performance against SLA and quality targets.
• Identify opportunities for new business and coordinate with operations.
• Ensure smooth transition from Sales to Operations and timely billing.
