Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Client Manager to own client relationships, drive renewal/retention and collaborate with production teams to ensure safe, efficient service delivery. You will review SLAs, monitor quality and financials while identifying opportunities for expanded work with assigned accounts.

Regular business reviews and proactive issue resolution with client organizations are essential, along with coordinating with Operations for on-site work and timely billing.

Qualifications

• Maintains relationships with client organizations and ensures high quality service
• Develops account strategies to drive retention and growth of contract business
• Acts as primary escalation contact for client concerns and coordinates with customer service

Responsibilities

• Maintain client relationships and direct communication with all levels of client organizations
• Develop and implement account-specific vision and strategies to drive retention and growth
• Escalate and resolve client issues in collaboration with customer service
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess expectations and performance
• Identify and present opportunities for new business and enhancements
• Coordinate with operations on schedules, billing, and site visits
• Facilitate client transitions from Sales to Operations teams
