Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Client Manager to lead client relationships, drive renewal and growth, and align production with contract requirements. You will serve as the primary contact for assigned clients and work with the Branch Manager to meet service standards.

Key duties include maintaining communications across client organizations, reviewing SLAs and financials, and identifying opportunities for enhanced services while coordinating with Operations and Business Development

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, customer service, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships and direct communication with client organizations to meet service expectations.
• Develop account-specific vision and strategies; monitor profitability and drive retention and growth.
• Escalate client concerns; coordinate with customer service for issue resolution.
• Conduct regular business reviews on performance, quality, and maintenance goals.
• Identify and present opportunities for new business and enhancements.
• Coordinate with operations for timely scheduling and billing across accounts.
• Transition clients smoothly from Sales to Operations teams; support planning with Supervisors.
