Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC seeks a Client Manager to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, aligning renewal, retention and growth with branch goals. You will work with production staff to ensure safe, efficient service and monitor SLAs, quality levels and financials within accounts.

This role reports to the Branch Manager and requires travel to client locations. The ideal candidate will own the client relationship, coordinate schedules, and partner with Sales and Operations to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with strong client-facing experience.
• 3–5 years in operations, customer service or related field.
• Ability to travel to client sites and attend after-hours events.
• Excellent accountability and judgment impacting costs and retention.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with client organizations and ensure high service quality.
• Develop account strategies, monitor profitability and drive growth.
• Serve as primary escalation contact for client concerns.
• Conduct regular business reviews and coordinate with operations.
• Identify opportunities for new business and contract enhancements.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations for smooth client transitions.
• Ensure proper communication plans and timely billing with sites.
